If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return for a free exchange or to provide a refund, subject to the Refund and Exchange Policy at the bottom of this page.

Please contact us and attach a copy of your order so that we can identify your account.
Once your request has been made, you will receive an email notification from us.
When returning the package, a carrier with tracking is recommended. You are responsible for the shipment so it is also recommended that you insure the package.
For exchanges only, you will be required to attach a scanned copy of the receipt for the costs of returning the item.
Once the return arrives and the return and exchange policy has been met, we will process it within 2-5 business days of delivery. Your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or refund will be issued.

CHANGE OF MIND
if you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price including delivery costs. Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes to be in stock for exchanges).
1. Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the item.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached).
If you request a refund, the purchase price (including delivery costs) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirm that it meets the conditions 1-3 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us including any currency conversion, and/or local or international taxes.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
